Chassis wire control system assembly and commissioning training bench is a special assessment equipment developed according to the standard of intelligent networked vehicle assembly and testing. The equipment consists of special shelves for wire control chassis parts, chassis assembly and testing platform, chassis wiring harness, fuse box, vehicle controller, wire control steer, wire control brake, wire control drive motor, frame, front and rear suspension and other core parts of wire control chassis. And equipped with process files such as circuit diagrams and assembly diagrams, students can complete the assessment tasks of the line control system and component selection, quality inspection, installation location identification, assembly, wiring, testing, commissioning and other assessment tasks according to the process files, making it easier for students to grasp the assembly and commissioning ability, fault analysis and processing ability of the wire control chassis. Applicable to the teaching needs of medium and higher vocational and technical colleges, ordinary education colleges and training institutions to test and assessment of wire control chassis system.

1. The bench is equipped with circuit diagrams and assembly diagrams to guide students to make correct selection and identification of accessories and to understand the assembly requirements of wire-controlled chassis correctly according to the standards.
2. The training bench is equipped with parts frames for wire harness, wire control brake, wire control steer, driving motor, front and rear suspensions, special fixed screws and other materials.
3. The bench is equipped with a laptop computer for functional testing of the wire control chassis.
4. The chassis assembly test platform is equipped with lifting and frame fixing functions, which is convenient for the assembly of each part of the wire control chassis. The front wheel position of the platform is equipped with a corner disk, which is convenient for the debugging of the wire control steering system. The rear wheel part is installed with double-axis embossing rollers, which can carry out the debugging functions of the wire control drive system and wire control brake system test on the platform.
5. The line control platform can be used for quality inspection, material configuration selection and other learning functions for line control brake, line control steering, chassis harness, suspension, motor controller, drive motor and other parts.
6. The training bench adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit transformer and rectifier, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit function.
7. The training table is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated with spraying process, with 3-inch self-locking casters for easy movement.
